01 / The program
Relic Project Texts. Relic runs residential builds from concept to keys, and Scarab, Relic’s assistant, answers questions about your project by text at (914) 603-1710. We text you about your own project: answers to questions you ask, things that stop work, drawings that change, and payments that are about to move. We never send marketing texts.
02 / How you opt in
There are three ways, and we never text a number that has not done one of them. One: use the form below. Two: text (914) 603-1710 yourself; we reply to the conversation you start. Three: give your mobile number when you sign in or create your account, or add it to your project in the Relic app, and tick an unticked box beside the consent sentence, like this:I agree that Relic may text me about this project — things that stop work, drawings that change under me, and money that is about to move. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, or STOP at any time to end them.Consent is optional and is never a condition of using Relic or buying anything.
03 / How often
Message frequency varies. Most projects get a few texts a week while work is on site, and replies to your own questions as you ask them.
04 / Cost
Relic does not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
05 / Stop and help
Reply STOP at any time and the texts end. You will get one confirmation: “You will not get any more texts from Relic. Reply START if you change your mind. Nothing about your access to the project changes.” Reply START to turn them back on. Reply HELP and you will get: “Relic runs the software and Scarab tracking this build. Text a question about the project and it answers from the record. Reply STOP to end texts. Message and data rates may apply. Help: info@relic.earth or relic.earth/sms.” You can also email info@relic.earth.
06 / Your number stays yours
No mobile information, phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Twilio delivers the messages and handles your number only for that. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These texts are covered by the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
